In design, empathy is key. And understanding emotions is critically important.

Can AI Amplify this?



Imagine you are having a conversation with a customer (and you record that with permission) and then you use that transcript to understand emotions.

In this context, here is a great example of using AI to map the emotions of a conversation.

Now imagine doing that for your call centre calls (which are recorded for training). What happens to these calls? How do we use hours and hours of recorded data?

Can we amplify that with AI?

Imagine building a transcription tool with built in templates for key insights. Does that supercharge your business?
